SAS4Kids: Spring or Easter Cards 4 Kids

Hi, everyone! It's the first Saturday of a new month which means it's time for a new Send a Smile 4 Kids challenge. As we come to you this Saturday, we know a huge swath of of the country is digging out from that massive winter storm. We hope you all are warm, safe, and sound.

While store shelves are filled with Valentine candy, we are turning our attention to Easter treats and Spring months. Yep, this month, the SAS4Kids Design Team made cards celebrating all things Spring, including Easter. Get ready for brightly-colored eggs, pastel-colored umbrellas, a flower-bearing cutie, baby animals, and a few bunnies. Actually, quite a few bunnies!

You have until noon US/Central Time on Friday, March 4, to join in our current challenge. While we are focusing on Spring and Easter cards, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up to play along. It is not required that you send your card to one of our shippers. but an in-patient child/teen would love it if you did.

SAS4Kids: December Darlings

Hi, everyone! Hope 2022 is off to a great start.

Huge thanks to everyone who played along with last month's Winter Cards 4 Kids Challenge. The December Gallery cards were just so darn cute! Here are three cards that caught our DT's eyes.

TODAY is the date listed on our website as the deadline for sending cards to our shippers for their Valentine boxes.

SAS4Kids: Love/Valentine's Cards 4 Kids

Happy 2022! Thank you for joining us for a new year of challenges at Send a Smile 4 Kids. All of us here at SAS4Kids hope 2022 rings in a year of health and happiness for all of you and loved ones.

Every December, as I wrap up my final holiday projects, I let out a big sigh of relief. Sound familiar? But then, as I put up our new calendar... and walk through the candy aisle at the local grocery, I realize that Valentine's is right around the corner. Seriously right around the corner for our shippers.

So, without further ado, let's look at the love/Valentine's cards for kids created by our designers. We're thrilled to welcome back Melanie Hungerford as a Guest Designer. Melanie shares her adventures in crafting at Cards by Melanie. Thank you so much, Melanie, for again sharing your talents with us!
