SAS4Kids: April Accolades!

Wow! There were so many wonderful Mom/Special Lady cards in last month's gallery.  A special thank you to everyone who sent Mom Cards to their favorite shipper(s). The thought of all the smiles your cards brought to the moms of in-patient kiddos warms all of our hearts at SAS4Kids. 

Here are three cards that caught the eyes of our Design Team gals.

Our current challenge is making cards for kids to give to the Dads/Special Guy and runs until June 3. However, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up for the challenge. 

• It is not required that you donate your card after entering, but a hospitalized kiddie/tween/teen surely would appreciate it if you did. 
• The deadline for dad and summer cards is May 15. Please check with your shipper(s) if your cards are going to be arriving after that date.

SAS4Kids: Cards 4 Dads/Special Guys

Welcome, friends! We extend Mother's Day greetings to everyone who has loved a child, to everyone who has been loved by a child. And if this is a bittersweet holiday, please give yourself permission to be gentle with yourself these next few days.

Now that Mother's Day cards have been delivered to our hospitals, our Design Team has turned its attention to cards for dads and special guys. This challenge is to make a card for a child/teen/tween to give to a special man in his/her life. Please note that the deadline for getting Father's Day cards -- as well as summer cards -- to our shippers is May 15. If you have any questions about mailing out your cards, please double check with your shipper.

And, without further ado, let's take a look at what our DT came up with for this month's challenge.

You have until noon CST on Friday, June 3, to join in this challenge. While we have focused on Cards 4 Dads and Special Men, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up to play along. It is not required that you send your card to one of our shippers. but an in-patient child/tween/teen would love it if you did.
