Celebration Cards 4 Kids OR Anything Goes 4 Kids

It’s Saturday and time for another fun challenge here at Send a Smile 4 Kids! Again this year, all challenges at SAS4Kids are Anything Goes 4 Kids! We will often have an alternative theme that you can choose to follow, but are not required to. Create and link any card that is appropriate for a child and your card could be chosen as one of our top three cards and you could join us as a guest dt member on a future challenge. We are also changing to a monthly challenge so new challenges will be posted on the first Saturday of every month and you will have a whole month to make and link your cards.

The theme for this challenge is: Celebration Cards 4 Kids OR Anything Goes 4 Kids.  Celebration cards of any kind for upcoming holidays are almost always needed for our kids- but be sure to check “Current Needs” to see who has a need before sending your cards in.

Now for some great inspiration, here are the cards created by  TEAM S.A.S. for this challenge. To visit any of their blogs, just click on the link above their card.

We are very happy to be welcoming Debi Brile to our SAS4Kids Design Team.  Here is what Debi has shared for her introduction:

Hi! My name is Debi. Card making has opened up a wonderful world for me. My dear husband of 35 years, always worried about what I would do with my time when I retired. Now it is filled with stamps, paper, blogging, and fabulous crafty new friends. Different techniques and fancy folds intrigue me. Most of the cards I make are geared toward children and go to Send A Smile 4 Kids. Occasionally, I teach card classes for a group of Red Hat friends - feathers, bling and tons of fun! I also enjoy crocheting, sewing, baking, sudoku puzzles, reading, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I am so happy to be joining the Design Team at Send A Smile 4 Kids.

Here is the first card Debi has shared as the newest member of TEAM SAS:
