SAS4Kids: April Accolades!!!

Hi, everyone! Happy Saturday!

A huge thank you to all those who have sent Mother's Day and Father's Day cards for our SAS4Kids kids/tweens/teens. Can you imagine how wonderful it feels to those kids to pick out special cards for their loved ones? No doubt, your talents and kindnesses mean so much to the kids and their loved ones.

Here are three cards that caught the eyes of our Design Team gals.

1. Arlene

Arlene's GORGEOUS inky background is the perfect canvas for this sweet image.
Personally, this CAS card is a perfect reminder that less can be more. So much more!

2. Elizabeth

Elizabeth created a stunningly beautiful card that any mother would love.
And you all know how much we love pop ups, right?!

Jose also created a card that any mother would love to receive. So pretty!
The easel is a special touch. And that lavender evokes the most lovely memories.

Congratulations, ladies! Thank you for sharing your amazing talents with us. Be sure to grab our Top 3 badge to display on your blog.

Our current challenge theme is cards for our SAS4Kids patients to give to Dads and special guys in their lives. Note that our deadline for getting Father's Day cards to our shippers has passed. If you have Father's Day cards you were planning on sending to your favorite SAS4Kids shipper(s), please be sure to reach out to her/them. But, that passed Father's Day deadline notwithstanding, our shippers are always thrilled to get guy cards. Always!

Any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up to play along with us until noon on May 31. It is not required that you donate your card after entering, but a hospitalized kiddie/tween/teen surely would appreciate it if you did.

Thank you for all you do for SAS4Kids. We can never thank you enough for all the smiles you bring to our SAS4Kids patients and their families.

SAS4Kids: Cards 4 Dads/Special Guys

Greetings, fellow card makers! As Mother's Day weekend approaches, we extend Mother's Day blessings to all who have loved or been loved by a child.

This month's challenge is to make a card for a child/teen/tween to give to a special man in his/her life. The deadline for getting Father's Day cards to our shippers is May 15. So, please check with your favorite shipper(s) if you still have cards to send to her/them. As the summer season nears, this is a great time to send out those summer-themed cards, too.

Without further ado, let's take a look at what our DT came up with for this month's challenge. You'll see we have a nice variety of interests this month, with a special emphasis on nature.

You have until noon CST on Friday, May 31, to join in this month's challenge. While we have focused on Cards 4 Dads and Special Men, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up to play along. It is not required that you send your card to one of our shippers but, as always, an in-patient child/tween/teen would love it if you did.

We so appreciate you and all you do for our SAS4Kids kids. And, we can't wait to see your cards in our May gallery.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
