SAS4Kids: Holiday/Celebration Cards 4 Kids

Hi everyone! Thank you for joining us for a new challenge here at SAS4Kids.

But first, please know our thoughts go out to all affected by Hurricane Ian. The loss of life is tragic. The destruction is heartbreaking. And out sincerest appreciation goes out to those courageous responders who risk their lives day in and day out to protect and serve their neighbors. Please stay safe, everyone.

This month we are featuring holiday and celebration cards 4 the kids. You'll see some of our designers are celebrating Halloween and Christmas, while others are celebrating birthdays and everyday accomplishments. Please note that the deadline for sending fall/Halloween cards to get to our shippers is October 5. If you have any of these cards that you are sending to SAS4Kids, please touch base with your favorite shipper(s). Thank you!

While we are focusing on holiday and celebration cards this month, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up for this month's challenge and you have until Friday, November 4 to link up your creation. While you aren't required to donate your linked-up card to SAS4Kids, one of our hospitalized patients would love it if you did. Card submission information can be found by clicking on the tabs at the top of this page.

As always, thanks so much for your support of SAS4Kids. Hope to see you in our October Gallery!

SAS4Kids: Cute Fall/Halloween Cards 4 Kids

Hi everybody! Happy Labor Day Weekend! Whether it's watching a college football game... or firing up the grill... or both, we hope you are able to commemorate this holiday weekend with some special family time.

Labor Day weekend means it's September. September! Not quite sure how that happenend, but around here that means it's time to ink up some pumpkins and goblins. Yes, to help our shippers with their upcoming fall shipments, we are focusing on fall and Halloween cards. Our shippers are looking for cute, fun, whimsical fall/Halloween-themed cards that loved ones and hospital staff can give to the kids.

Let's take a look at what our ladies came up with this month.

While we are featuring fall/Halloween cards this month, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up for this month's challenge and you have until Friday, September 30 to link up your creation. SAS4Kids: July Jewels

Hi, everyone! A big thanks to everyone who linked up a card for our Christmas in July Challenge. There were so many cute holiday critters in last month's gallery. And, of course, no Christmas gallery would be complete without a few jolly Santas and decorated trees.

It's time for a few SAS4Kids shout-outs. Here are three cards that caught our DT's eyes.

2. Rosi

The team was wowed by Rosi's strong focal point and
her oh-so-clever use of washi tape. Soooo clever!

Trina's off-season, vacationing Santa brought a smile to all our faces...
and is sure to do the same for a kiddo. What a fun card!

Rachael's beautifully colored gnome just pops
 against a glittery black-and-white background.
And that hand-drawn doodled border is... perfectly genius!

Congratulations, ladies! Great job!!! Thanks for sharing your amazing talents with us.

SAS4Kids: Thank You Cards

Hi everyone! Thank you for joining us for a new challenge here at SAS4Kids.

But first, please know our thoughts go out to all affected by recent unimaginable weather events. It seems that so many have been suffering from raging fires, unprecedented flooding, and life-threatening heat. Moreover, our sincerest appreciation goes out to those courageous responders who risk their lives day in and day out to protect and serve their neighbors.

For today's challenge, we are thrilled to welcome back Melanie as a Guest Designer. Melanie shares her adventures in crafting at Cards by Melanie and her bright, cheery, whimsical kiddie cards never fail to delight. Today's card feaatures an adorable pair of mice gleefully offering up thanks for a job well done.

Yes, this month we are featuring thank you cards, but not cards 4 the kids. These are cards that the kids and their families can give to nurses, doctors, hospital staffers.... give to anybody who has done a little something special for them.

So, let's take a look at what Melanie and our SAS4Kids DT have created this month!
