SAS4Kids: September Sweeties

Hi, everyone! A big thanks to everyone who played along with our September Cute Fall/Halloween Challenge. Halloween is a popular holiday for making cards for our kids, and it was great seeing so many fun cards in the gallery.

It's time for a few SAS4Kids shout-outs. Here are three cards that caught our DT's eyes.

 #6  Rachelle Oltean

Our team was simply "batty" for Rachelle's card,
with its great coloring and CAS layout!

Stacy's purple cloudy background, paired with a punny sentiment
and beautifully-colored image, made for a ghoulishly fun card!

Linda's embossed brick wall background, wood plank sentiment strips
and trio of adorable Halloween images made for one wicked card!

Congratulations, ladies! Thanks for sharing your amazing talents with us.

  • Be sure to grab our Top 3 badge to display on your blog.
  • If you would like to join us as a Guest Designer for a future challenge, email Sybrina at cards[dot]by[dot]sybrina[at]gmail[dot]com. Include SAS4Kids DT in the subject line.

Our current Holiday/Celebration Cards 4 Kids Challenge runs until November 5. However, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up for the challenge.

It is not required that you donate your card after entering, but a young patient in one of the SAS4Kids hospitals would surely love it if you did. For information about donating cards, click on the tabs at the top of our blog. Please check your shippers' needs before sending cards their way.

As always, thank you for all you do for SAS4Kids. See you in our October gallery!

SAS4Kids: Holiday/Celebration Cards 4 Kids

Hello, friends! Thanks for joining us for our new challenge.

With the holiday season right around the corner, we are featuring holiday/celebration cards for the kids. As you will see, our gals interpreted this in a couple of ways: cards celebrating holidays, cards celebrating birthday celebrations, and even a card celebrating the unbridled childhood joy of sledding down a hill!

While we are featuring holiday/celebration cards 4 kids this month, any kiddie-appropriate card can be linked up for this month's challenge and you have until Friday, November 5 to link up your creation. While you aren't required to donate your card to SAS4Kids in order to play along with us, one of our hospitalized patients would love it if you did. Card guidelines and shipper information can be found by clicking on the tabs at the top of this page.

If you want to receive notifications about new SAS4Kids posts, please enter your email address in our sidebar. And, remember non-bloggers are now able to join in our challenge fun! If you are a non-blogging cardmaker who would like to link up a card, instructions can be found in THIS VIDEO(Note: The first half of the video is general InLinkz material that applies to setting up a blog InLinkz link. You will need to fast forward a bit to get to the part of the video that gives specific information for linking up a card image.)

As always, thank you so much for your support of SAS4Kids. We can't wait to see your creation in our October gallery.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
