Early Holiday Wishes 4 Kids Challenge

It’s Saturday and time for another fun challenge here at Send a Smile 4 Kids! This time our challenge is Early Holiday Wishes 4 Kids! Create and link any Christmas card for a child and you could win one of our great prizes.

If you are wondering why we are starting with Christmas holiday cards already, it is because we want to remind you to start making cards for our kids in the hospitals we serve at Christmas time. Each child should receive a card, of course, but we would also like to donate enough that each child could pick some for family or friends, teachers or classmates they are missing while in the hospital over the holidays. Of course you do not have to donate your card to participate in our challenges, but our kids sure hope you do.

We have three very generous sponsors for this challenge: Stitchy Bear Digital Outlet is giving their winner 3 digis of their choice (a $10 value)! Kitchen Sink Stamps is giving their randomly picked winner a $25 gift certificate!  And DRS Design’s winner gets a $10 gift certificate! TEAM S.A.S will also be choosing their favorite cards for our top three and the winners will receive a blog badge and an opportunity to be a guest design team member on a future challenge.

We are happy to share a card from a previous Top Three winner who has joined us today as a guest dt member. Here is the awesome card Vicki Parson has designed with our sponsor’s stamps:
Now for some great more inspiration, here are the cards created by TEAM S.A.S. for this challenge using our generous sponsors’ images. To visit any of their blogs or to go to our sponsor’s websites, just click on any of the names or the pictures at the side of our blog.

Deonna's Cards

Lucianna's Cards

Awesome cards for kids as always from our wonderful design team!  You have until Friday October 17th at noon CST to enter this challenge. After you do, please consider sending in your card(s) to cheer a child who is inpatient in one of our eight children’s hospitals. All the information you need is under the tabs at the top of the blog.

**We have decided to start a new tradition here at Send a Smile 4 Kids challenge. We all love comments and followers on our blogs, right? So we are suggesting- but not requiring- that all participants in our challenges pick 2-3 (or more) other participants in the challenge, click on their card, visit their blog, leave a positive comment about the card and become a follower of that blog. In your comment, leave a link to your card and blog and hopefully the blogger you visited will come to your blog and become a follower too. **

Stamping smiles 4 our kids, Karen
